From Atari to apps

Back in the 1980s, someone gave me a book on programming Atari games. It quickly became my most treasured book, and it got me hooked on making computers do new things. I've been self-taught ever since.

In 1997 I started building and fixing PCs, and in the early 2000s, when the web was still young, I moved on to building websites.

Why AipaxDev exists

For years I had more app ideas than ways to build them. In 2025, modern development tools finally let me turn those ideas into real, polished software.

I started by making the apps I needed but could never find, then built more for friends and family who asked. AipaxDev is where I share them with everyone else.

What I make

Everyday apps for productivity, tracking, cataloguing and staying motivated: the kind you open every day without having to think about it.

What I care about

• Easy to use. You shouldn't need a manual.
• Efficient. Fast, light, and out of your way.
• Simple. Only the features that earn their place.
• Beautiful. Tools you use every day should be a pleasure to look at.
