This policy explains what personal data AipaxDev collects, why, and your rights under UK GDPR. We collect as little as we can.

Who we are

AipaxDev, an independent software business based in England, United Kingdom, is responsible for your data (the "data controller"). Contact us through our contact page.

What we collect and why

• Messages and enquiries. When you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address and message (and, for custom build enquiries, the type of app and budget you choose). We use these only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects your payment details; we never see your card. Creem shares your email address and order details with us so we can support your purchase and keep business records. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations for tax records.
• Visit statistics. We count which pages are viewed and which website linked to them. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't store IP addresses or anything that identifies you.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: one keeps your visit's session and one protects forms from abuse. We don't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept or decline.

Who we share data with

• Creem processes payments and tax as Merchant of Record. See Creem's privacy policy for how it handles your data.
• EpicHost, our web and email host, stores this website's data on our behalf.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Messages and enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
• Order records: 6 years, as required for UK tax records.
• Visit statistics: they don't identify anyone, so we may keep them indefinitely.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just contact us. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
